Official Representatives. 9. The Union may select as many as four (4) employee members to attend, during regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the SFMTA Human Resources Director or the appointing officer of a board or commission, when such meetings have been scheduled for the purpose of meeting and conferring on matters within the scope of representation affecting such appropriate unit, and to participate in the discussion, deliberations, and decisions at such meetings.
