Common use of Official Acts by Successor Corporation Clause in Contracts

Official Acts by Successor Corporation. Any act or proceeding by any provision of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture authorized or required to be done or performed by any board, committee or officer of the Company, the Parent, the Trustee, Transfer Agent, Security Registrar or the Paying Agent shall and may be done and performed with like force and effect by the like board, committee or officer of any corporation or entity that shall at the time be the lawful sole successor of the Parent, the Trustee, Transfer Agent, Security Registrar or the Paying Agent, respectively.
