Officers of the Surviving Entity. From and after the Effective Time, until successors are duly elected or appointed, the officers of Merger Sub immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be and remain the officers of the Surviving Entity.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. The officers of Abraxas immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the officers of the Surviving Entity as of the Effective Time, until their respective successors are duly elected or appointed and qualified or their earlier death, resignation or removal.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. The Parties shall take all necessary action such that the officers of WWE as of immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the initial officers of the Surviving Entity as of immediately after the Effective Time and shall hold office until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified, or their earlier death, incapacitation, retirement, resignation, or removal.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. The officers of Merger Sub immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the officers of the Surviving Entity immediately following the Effective Time, each to serve until such time as his or her resignation or removal or such time as his or her successor shall be duly appointed, in each case in accordance with the charter and bylaws of the Surviving Entity, as amended in accordance with Section 2.4.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. As of the Effective Time, the officers of Millennium immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the officers of the Surviving Entity as of the Effective Time until their successors are duly elected or appointed or until their earlier death, resignation or removal in accordance with the Charter and the Bylaws.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. The officers of ATN immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the officers of the Surviving Entity as of the Effective Time, until their respective successors are duly elected or appointed and qualified or their earlier death, resignation or removal in accordance with the Amended Operating Agreement of the Surviving Entity.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. The officers of Hydrocarbon immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be the officers of the Surviving Entity as of the Effective Time, until their respective successors are duly elected or appointed and qualified or their earlier death, resignation or removal in accordance with the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the Surviving Entity.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. From and after the Merger Effective Time, the officers of Rooster Acquisition Corp. shall be the officers of the Surviving Entity, and such officers shall serve until their successors have been duly elected or appointed (in the case of officers) and qualified, or until their death, resignation or removal from office in accordance with the Surviving Entity's organizational documents.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. The officers of the Surviving Entity, as of the Effective Time, will be the officers of Merger Sub as of the Effective Time.
Officers of the Surviving Entity. The officers of the Surviving Entity immediately following the Effective Time shall be the persons named on Schedule 2.2 hereto, each of whom shall serve in such capacity until their respective successors are duly appointed and qualified or until the earlier of their death, resignation or removal in accordance with the Surviving Entity Certificate and Surviving Entity Bylaws.
