Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2. Customer has reviewed such measures and agrees that as to the Cloud Service selected by Customer in the Order Form the measures are appropriate taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.
DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND ORGANIZATION LIABILITY Required (If Grantee is a Non‐Profit or if a first tier contractor or subgrantee is a Non‐Profit) Directors, Officers and Organization insurance covering the Grantee’s Organization, Directors, Officers, and Trustees actual or alleged errors, omissions, negligent, or wrongful acts, including improper governance, employment practices and financial oversight - including improper oversight and/or use of use of grant funds and donor contributions - with a combined single limit of no less than $1,000,000.00 per claim.

Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.
