Office or Agency. The Certificate Registrar shall maintain an office or offices or agency or agencies where Trust Certificates may be surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange and where notices and demands to or upon the Certificate Registrar in respect of the Trust Certificates and the Program Documents may be served. The Certificate Registrar designates its offices at Computershare Trust Company, N.A., 000 Xxxxx 0xx Xxxxxx, XXX X0000-000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx 00000, Attention: Corporate Trust Administration for such purposes. The Certificate Registrar shall give prompt written notice to the Depositor and to the Trust Certificateholders of any change in the location of the Certificate Register or any such office or agency.”
