OFFICE OF THE COMPANY. So long as any of the Warrants remains outstanding, the Company shall maintain an office in the continental United States of America where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, transfer, division or combination as in this Warrant provided. Such office shall be at Company’s office unless and until the Company shall designate and maintain some other office for such purposes and give notice thereof to the Holders of all outstanding Warrants. The Company shall maintain at such office books for the registration and transfer of the Warrants.
