Office Location. Executive’s primary work location shall be the Company’s corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, Executive shall be required to travel, including internationally, for the purpose of conducting Company business. Executive acknowledges that nothing in this Section constitutes “Good Reason” for resignation, as defined below.
