OFFICE LEASE. This Office Lease (the “Lease”), dated as of the date set forth in Section 1 of the Summary of Basic Lease Information (the “Summary”), below, is made by and between XXXXXX REALTY 303, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and APPDYNAMICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
OFFICE LEASE. This Office Lease, which includes the preceding Summary and the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the Office Lease, the Summary and the exhibits to be known sometimes collectively hereafter as the "LEASE"), dated as of the date set forth in Section 1 of the Summary, is made by and between LEGACY-RECP SORRENTO OPCO, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("LANDLORD"), and WEBSENSE, INC., a Delaware corporation ("TENANT").
OFFICE LEASE. THIS LEASE is made and entered into by and between Landlord and Tenant as of the Lease Date. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree as follows:
