Common use of Office Facilities Clause in Contracts

Office Facilities. During the Employment Period under this Agreement, the Employee shall have the Employee’s office where the Corporation’s principal executive offices are located from time to time, which currently are at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx.

During the Employment Period under this Agreement, the Employee Executive shall have the Employee’s his office where the Corporation’s principal executive offices are located from time to time, which currently are at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, and the Corporation shall furnish the Executive with office facilities reasonably suitable to his position at such location.
