Office Closings. As a Teleworker, if you are scheduled to work at your Alternate Worksite on a day that the Headquarters is closed due to an official paid office closing event (e.g., weather conditions, Governor’s Inauguration, or other emergency event), you are expected to work from your Alternate Worksite or use approved leave, unless otherwise authorized by the Office of Administration, in accordance with Management Directive 530.17

Office Closings. Regular full-time employees who are normally scheduled to work an average of at least 37.5 hours each week will not be required to use compensatory time or earned PTO to cover scheduled work missed because the District Manager has elected not to open the office (or to close the office early) because of adverse weather conditions.
Office Closings. PWI at any time after the Effective Date, may close any Office, provided such closing is not for the purpose of replacing the Service with similar services provided by PWI or a third party. For purposes of this Article an Office shall be deemed closed when all business at that location is terminated and no new Office or Offices are opened in the same general geographic area under circumstances that indicate an Office relocation. The following provisions shall apply to the termination of Service to an Office as a result of the closing of that Office.
Office Closings. At all times bargaining unit employees are to presume that their office will be open, as scheduled. When appropriate Federal officials make decisions to close the Federal establishments within their jurisdiction, bargaining unit employees not required to be at their assigned work station or site or at another designated location, may be granted administrative leave or excused absence. The Employer will make reasonable efforts to notify bargaining unit employees how to be informed of an office closing, for example, which radio station or TV channel will carry an announcement of office closing. When office closings exceed one workday, the Employer may further excuse bargaining unit employees consistent with applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Employer agrees to make a reasonable and responsible effort to monitor any ongoing threat to the safety and security of the employees during the work hours, and to keep them informed of the situation as it changes (e.g., during poor weather or civil unrest).

  • Closings On each Advance Date, which shall be seven (7) Trading Days after an Advance Notice Date, (i) the Company shall deliver to the Investor's Counsel, as defined pursuant to the Escrow Agreement, shares of the Company's Common Stock, representing the amount of the Advance by the Investor pursuant to Section 2.1 herein, registered in the name of the Investor which shall be delivered to the Investor, or otherwise in accordance with the Escrow Agreement and (ii) the Investor shall deliver to First Union National Bank (the "ESCROW AGENT") the amount of the Advance specified in the Advance Notice by wire transfer of immediately available funds which shall be delivered to the Company, or otherwise in accordance with the Escrow Agreement. In addition, on or prior to the Advance Date, each of the Company and the Investor shall deliver to the other through the Investor's Counsel all documents, instruments and writings required to be delivered or reasonably requested by either of them pursuant to this Agreement in order to implement and effect the transactions contemplated herein. Payment of funds to the Company and delivery of the Company's Common Stock to the Investor shall occur in accordance with the conditions set forth above and those contained in the Escrow Agreement; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that to the extent the Company has not paid the fees, expenses, and disbursements of the Investor or its Investor's counsel in accordance with Section 12.4, the amount of such fees, expenses, and disbursements may be deducted by the Investor (and shall be paid to the relevant party) from the amount of the Advance with no reduction in the amount of shares of the Company's Common Stock to be delivered on such Advance Date.

  • Subsequent Closings Subject to the satisfaction (or waiver by the Agent in its sole discretion) of the conditions to a Subsequent Closing set forth in Section 5.2 and further subject to Section 10.2(a), each applicable Lender hereby promises to purchase from the Borrower an aggregate principal amount of additional Notes not to exceed, when aggregated with the principal amount of Notes acquired by such Lender prior to such Subsequent Closing (including, without limitation, at the Closing), such Lender’s Commitment.
