Common use of Office Clerks Clause in Contracts

Office Clerks. The normal basic work week for all full-time Office Clerks shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours to be worked in five (5) shifts at seven and one- half (7½) hours per day from Monday to Friday inclusive. All scheduled shifts for such full-time employees shall commence not earlier than 8:30 a.m. and shall end not later than 6:30 p.m.
