LETTERS OF AGREEMENT All letters of agreement that do not have a specific 22 expiration date attached to them are subject to renegotiations at the expiration of 23 the contract at the request of either party.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT In consideration of the mutual representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
Contents of Agreement This Agreement, together with the other Transaction Documents, sets forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the Transactions and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings among the parties regarding those matters.
Modifications of Agreement This Agreement may be modified in writing only, signed by the parties in interest at the time of the modification.
Copies of Agreement The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Union shall have printed sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to employees.
Conditions of Agreement This is a tentative Agreement and shall be of no force and effect unless and until all of the following occur:
Assignments of Agreements No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior written approval of TIPS. Payment can only be made to the awarded Vendor or vendor assigned dealer. Disclosures
Copies of Agreements The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his/her rights and obligations under it. For this reason the Union shall print sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution to employees. The cost of printing shall be borne by the Union. The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to new employees.
Benefits of Agreement Nothing in this Agreement or in the Certificates, expressed or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the Certificateholders and the parties hereto and their successors hereunder, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Agreement.
PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS 35.1 The Company will undertake the responsibility for the printing of the collective agreements as may be required from time to time and will absorb the cost of such printing. This will include the cost of printing updated pages.
