Offer of Contract. Subject to A.R.S. § 15-503, if Administrator's contract is for a single year, on or before May 15 of each year, the Governing Board will offer a contract for the next school year unless on or before April 15 Administrator is given written notice of the Governing Board's intent not to offer a new contract and/or Administrator has been dismissed. Notwithstanding A.R.S. §15-503 (C), if Administrator receives a written notice of nonrenewal on or before April 15, 2023, nothing in this Contract provides Administrator with any legitimate expectation of renewal of contract beyond the term of this Contract. Further, if the Governing Board chooses to non-renew the Contract, Administrator acknowledges that he/she is not entitled to a statement of cause, an improvement plan, or a hearing.
