Offer Letter. Subject to the consummation of the initial public offering of the Company’s common stock (the “IPO”), this Agreement shall supersede and replace the offer letter you entered into with the Company, dated February 1, 2015, other than the Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. If the IPO is not consummated, then this Agreement shall be null and void.
