OFFER AND AGREEMENT. 24.1. This offer is irrevocable and open for acceptance by the lessor for a period of 120 (One hundred and twenty) days from date hereof.

Offers made without a fixed acceptance period are not binding on Droople and may be modified at any time without notice to their recipients.
