Off Times. The Credit Union may establish or change cutoff times for the receipt and processing of funds transfer requests, amendments, or cancellations. Unless other times are posted for the various types of funds transfers, the cutoff time will be at 2:00 pm. on each weekday that the Credit Union is open, which is not a holiday. Payment orders, cancellations, or amendments received after the applicable cutoff time may be treated as having been received on the next following funds transfer business day and processed accordingly.

Off Times. The Client must confirm in writing the set-up time with The Restaurant Event Coordinator. Due to the demand for the venues, The Restaurant can unfortunately not allow any set-up to commence the day before the reserved date. The applicable venue hire charges apply should The Client wish to reserve the day before the event for set-up. Cut-off time is eight hours from the start time of event or 00:00 whichever comes first.
Off Times. The cut-off time for Standard Transfers (funds available to the receiving account three (3) business days following the date the transfer is initiated) is 10:00 PM (Pacific Time). The cut-off time for Next Day Popmoney Transfers (funds available to the receiving account one (1) business day following the date the transfer is initiated; additional fee applies) is 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).   • Cut-Off Times Bank has established cut-off times for receipt of some categories of Instruction, which shall be made available to Customer.   • Broken Shifts (a) An employee may agree to work broken shifts at any time; however an employee may be required to work broken shifts in the following circumstances:

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Additions The Allottee shall not make any additions or alterations in the Apartment or Building or cause damage to or nuisance in the Apartment or Building or in the Project in any manner. In case any partitions, interiors, false ceilings etc. are installed by the Allottee, then all necessary permissions from the authorities, if required, will be obtained by the Allottee directly at his own cost. In any case the Allottee shall not be entitled to carry out any structural changes in the Building and Apartment. Co-operation The Allottee shall at all times co-operate with the other allottees/occupiers of the Units in the management and maintenance of the Apartment and the Building and the Project.
