Off Time. The Cut-Off Time is 8:00 PM EST. The Cut-Off Time is determined by the time displayed on our internal system clocks and may not necessarily be synchronized with the internal clock displayed on your Compatible Mobile Device. For this reason, we suggest that you transmit an item for mobile deposit to us sufficiently in advance of any Cut- Off Time to eliminate the possibility of missing the cutoff. Provisional Credit and Availability of Funds Below is our general funds availability policy for the Service: If one or more items are transmitted before the Cut-Off Time: • Up to $500.00, per day, is available when the item(s) has been reviewed and approved, which occurs when the status of the item is “Accepted” and the description of the item is “Your check has been accepted and processed”; • Anything greater than $500.00 but less than or equal to $5,000.00, per day, is available on the second (2) Business Day after the item(s) has been reviewed and approved; and • Anything greater than $5,000.00, per day, is available on the seventh (7) Business Day after the item(s) has been reviewed and approved. An item transmitted after the Cut-Off Time will be treated as having been transmitted the next calendar day and will not be received earlier than the next calendar day. Credit given for the item is provisional and subject to final approval of the item. Funds you deposit may be delayed for a longer period of time when we have reasonable cause to believe the check is uncollectable. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the general funds availability policy, and we will tell you the time period within which the funds will be available for withdrawal. You agree to receive all notifications regarding your use of the Service including, but not limited to, exception notices via electronic message or, in our sole discretion, by mail. With respect to each item you send to us for deposit, you agree to indemnify and reimburse us for and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, costs, and expenses.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Prep Time For full day 10-month (184 day) or 12-month (223 day) teachers, 45 minutes of uninterrupted daily prep time will be provided to each teacher to be used for professional activities (for example, classroom preparations, parent conferences, and peer consultations).

  • Lunch Time The “duty free” lunch time for assistants will be the same length as the building lunch time for students provided that the lunch is no less than thirty (30) minutes in length.

  • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Time Off Between Shifts Failure to provide the minimum number of hours between the commencement of an employee's scheduled shift and the commencement of such employee's next scheduled shift shall result in payment of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular straight time hourly rate for only those hours which reduce the minimum hour period. Where the minimum period is reduced as a result of an approved change of shift(s) requested by the employee(s), such premium payment shall not apply. The minimum number of hours for purposes of this Article shall be determined locally and will be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.

  • Daylight Savings Time Employees required to work more than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or more than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from daylight savings time to standard time shall be paid for the additional hour worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2). Employees required to work less than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or less than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from standard time to daylight savings time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.
