OFF RAMP. To ensure success of the Alliant Program, each Alliant Contractor is expected to participate in the Alliant Ordering process by submitting proposals in response to task order requests (TORs) for which the Alliant Contractor has a reasonable chance for award, to successfully perform the terms of their Orders, and to promptly improve performance when it does not meet the terms of the Orders. If an Alliant Contractor does not meet these expectations, it is the Government’s intent to “off-ramp” the Contractor by:
OFF RAMP. To ensure success of the Alliant SB Program, each Alliant SB Contractor is expected to participate in the Alliant SB Ordering process by submitting proposals in response to task order requests (TORs) for which the Alliant SB Contractor has a reasonable chance for award, to successfully perform the terms of their Orders, promptly improve performance when it does not meet the terms of the Orders, and comply with the terms of the basic contract, e.g., administrative reporting, CAF remittance, management of subcontracting limitations. Additionally, the contracting officer retains the discretion to off ramp those contractors that have re-represented themselves, in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-28 Post-Award Small Business Program Rerepresentation (Apr 2009), as an other than small business. The government may “off-ramp” the Contractor by:
OFF RAMP. 16.1. To ensure success of the STARS II Program, each STARS II Contractor is expected to participate in the STARS II Ordering process by submitting proposals in response to task order solicitations for which the STARS II Contractor has a reasonable chance for award, to successfully perform the terms of their Orders, and to promptly improve performance should it ever not meet the terms of the Orders. If an STARS II Contractor does not meet these expectations, it is the Government’s intent to “off-ramp” the Contractor by:

H.12.1 STARS III Contractors are expected to participate in the STARS III ordering process by submitting proposals in response to TORs for which the STARS III Contractor has a reasonable chance for award, to successfully perform the terms of their Orders, and to promptly improve performance should it ever not meet the terms of the Orders. If a STARS III Contractor does not meet these expectations, it is the Government’s intent to “off-ramp” the Contractor by:
OFF RAMP. OFF RAMP. The Contract Price for Phase 2 Services will be set forth in Xxxxxxx 0, Xxxxx 0, xx Xxxxxxxxxx X, Compensation, when mutually agreed between the parties. Once the parties have agreed upon the Contract Price and Owner has issued a Notice to Proceed with Phase 2, Design- Builder shall perform the Phase 2 services, all as further described in Attachment A, Scope of Work, as it may be revised.

OFF RAMP. 1.4.1 The parties acknowledge that Owner’s ability to successfully complete the Project may be significantly impacted if Owner elects to terminate Design-Builder’s services at the end of Phase 1, rather than proceeding to Phase 2 under Section 1.3 (“Phase 2 Services”) and certain design subconsultants are not available to continue working on the Project. Consequently, Design- Builder hereby agrees that, if Owner terminates Design-Builder for any reason, Owner shall have the right to contract directly with such design subconsultants for design-related services on this Project, and Design-Builder shall take such steps as are reasonably necessary to enable Owner to implement such relationships. Design-Builder shall provide in any design subconsultancy agreements that Owner shall have the right to negotiate directly with such design subconsultants for the continuation of their services with respect to the Project, and that any provisions with respect to copyright or the ownership of instruments of service confirm such right of Owner.
OFF RAMP. The Government, in its sole discretion, may exercise the Off-Ramp if any of the following events occur: a T4NG SDVOSB or VOSB contract holder that was not awarded in Step One and no longer qualifies as a SDVOSB or VOSB because it is acquired by a non-SDVOSB or non-VOSB concern or is no longer listed as verified in the VIP database as a result of losing ownership and/or control of the company; a small business T4NG contract holder that was not awarded in Step One and no longer qualifies as a small business because it is acquired by a large business; or a small business that was not awarded a contract in Step One and cannot re-certify as a small business at the end of the fifth year IAW 13 CFR 121.404(g)(3). Any SDVOSB or VOSB contract holder that was not awarded in Step One must notify CVE/OSDBU with a copy to the contracting officer of any change in ownership or control of the company within 15 days of that change becoming final. If the Government elects to exercise the Off-Ramp, the Contractor will be removed from the program and thus will not be eligible to propose on any T4NG task order competitions.
