OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The employer is to provide a copy of the collective agreement in booklet form to employees within three months of the effective date of this agreement. The cost of printing of the collective agreement is to be shared equally between the union and the employer.

As requested, the following information is relevant to our application to have the proposed SEB plan approved by your office:

ARTICLE CONTRACTING OUT The Nursing Home shall not contract out any work usually performed by membersof the bargaining unit if, as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any employees other than casual part time employees results from such contracting out. Contracting-out to an Employer who is organized and who will employ the employees of the bargaining unit who would otherwise be laid off with similar terms and conditions of employment is not a breach of this agreement. ARTICLE COURT ATTENDANCE Employees required to serve on jury duty or as a Crown Witness or subpoenaed to attend a Coroner's Inquest in connection with a case arising from the employee's duties at the Home shall be given the necessary time off. The Employer agrees to pay such employee his regular pay during such absence less any amounts received as jury duty, Crown Witness or subpoena pay subject to a yearly maximum of- thirty
OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Company will undertake the responsibility for the printing of the collective agreement in both languages (French and English) as may be required for each employee and will absorb the cost of such printing.
OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 9.1. After signing the register and is transferred to the collective agreement structural subdivisions of the University and is a document binding on all employees of the University.

OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. ARTICLE REPRESENTATION The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select seven (7) shop stewards from amongst employees of the Company who have completed their probationary period of employment,at the Allied Don Valley Hotel Inc., for the purpose of assistingemployees in presenting grievances to the Company, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The selection or appointment of Union Stewards shall be limited to one employee in a department. The Union shall keep the Company notified in writing of names of the Union Stewards and the effective date of their appointment. The Union acknowledges that Union Stewards have their regular duties to perform on the behalf of the Company and such person will not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission of their immediate supervisor, on in absence the General Manager or designate, and when resuming their regular duties will report again to their immediate supervisor or, in absence, the General Manager or designate. The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Negotiating Committee of not more than five (5) employees from within the Bargaining Unit who have completed their probationary period. OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Union and the City shall share equally the cost of printing the Collective Agreement, which shall be performed by the City of Hamilton's internal Print Shop, or alternatively, by a print shop mutually agreed upon by the parties.
