Common use of ODUF Testing Clause in Contracts

ODUF Testing. 6.6.1 Upon request from ALTICOMM, BellSouth shall send test files to ALTICOMM for the ODUF. The Parties agree to review and discuss the file’s content and/or format. For testing of usage results, BellSouth shall request that ALTICOMM set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of ALTICOMM’s employees making test calls for the types of services ALTICOMM requests on the ODUF. These test calls are logged by ALTICOMM, and the logs are provided to BellSouth. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within 30 calendar days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.
