OCIP. A project specific insurance program that will be initiated and administered by the Judicial Council to provide many of the insurance requirements set forth herein during the Construction Phase that will insure the interest of the CMR, any Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractor performing Work at or incidental to the Project site. .
OCIP. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant, in connection with Tenant’s construction of the Resort, has established an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (“OCIP”). Landlord agrees that Tenant may satisfy all or any portion of Tenant’s insurance obligations by virtue of Tenant’s utilization of the OCIP while the same shall be in force and effect; provided that the OCIP shall, at a minimum, satisfy the required coverages.
OCIP. Purchaser shall pay to Seller any amounts actually received by Purchaser or Property Owner from and after Closing under the OCIP, including any refunds or savings thereunder. Seller shall be responsible for any payments which may be required to be made by Property Owner under the OCIP after the Closing.
OCIP. Exhibit C”-Replacement Contract Language Unless specifically noted, the provisions set forth below in this insurance exhibit replace the requirements contemplated by Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (Owner) standard form agreement. Nothing in these provisions modifies the indemnification requirements in your agreement. The following Article 5, Exhibit C will constitute the insurance provisions of the Contract Documents for this Project:
OCIP. Contact your Insurance Agent for this Certificate. It is your responsibility to notify your Insurance Agent to exclude all work to be done at this Project Site from your regular GL and WC policies. This certificate should also name Forest City Enterprises, Inc. and General Contractor as additional insureds on the auto liability and offsite general liability.

OCIP. The City will procure and maintain the insurance coverages, excess or additional required under an OCIP. The purpose of the OCIP is to provide one master insurance program that provides broad coverages with high limits that will benefit all participants involved in the Project. The City shall procure, pay for, and administer the OCIP during the duration of the Project. The OCIP will be administered by Brown & Brown Insurance on behalf of the City. The program will include the following Coverages: • Builder Risk • Worker’s Compensation • Commercial Liability • Excess Umbrella Liability The OCIP will not include the following: • Automobile liability CoverageBusiness Interruption of Loss of UseProfessional Liability (E&O) • Equipment Floater The OCIP will also not cover any contracts for asbestos abatement, consultants such as architects and engineers, pollution liability, suppliers, vendors, material dealers, and day laborers (labor services). The named insured on the OCIP shall include the City, Construction Manager, and Subcontractors of any tier, exclusive of suppliers. Coverages shall be limited to the Project Site. Within two (2) days after award of the Agreement the Construction Manager shall furnish to Brown and Brown Insurance construction insurance information form (IF201), which will be provided by the City to the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager, for the coverages provided under the OCIP warrants that all insurance charges, except as provided on IF201, are excluded from this Agreement. The Construction Manager hereby warrants the accuracy of the information to be provided on IF201 and agrees that the City, its insurance representative, Brown & Brown, and/or OCIP carrier may audit the Construction Manager’s records to confirm the accuracy of any and all insurance credit, including without limitation, in connection with any changes in the work as referenced in this Agreement. The Construction Manager also agrees to provide complete certified copies of the current insurance policy(ies) if requested by the City to verify insurance deduction accuracy. The Construction Manager further warrants and agrees that the City is entitled to and may collect additional insurance credits as may be developed as a result of said audit. OCIP. Owner reserves the right to establish an OCIP for the Project at any time prior to Notice to Proceed. If Owner elects to establish an OCIP, a Change Order reducing the Contract Price shall be made in accordance with Article XI with respect to cost savings recognized by Major Vendor.
OCIP. The PM shall assist the County in managing an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP). The PM shall receive monthly Project Payroll Reports from the Contractor and forward them to the Xxxxxx County OCIP Consultant. The monthly Project Payroll Reports shall be submitted with the Contractor's monthly Application for Payment. Applications for payment that do not include accompanying Payroll Reports shall not be processed for payment. The PM shall verify the required insurance certificates have been obtained for each project.
