Occupied Premises. If the premises are occupied, the Contractor, its subcontractors, and their employees shall comply with the regulations promulgated by the Government governing access to, operation of, and conduct while in or on the premises. The Contractor shall perform the work required under this contract without unreasonably interrupting or interfering with the conduct of Government business.

Occupied Premises. Occupied premises shall be defined as commercial and institutional facilities on which it is impractical to perform work during the regular business hours applicable to such business. Work within such facilities may be performed under the following conditions:
Occupied Premises. 4.01 Where an owner requires that work be done outside regular business hours, the parties may agree to adjust straight time and overtime hours but only by mutual consent in writing.
Occupied Premises. Notwithstanding all of the above, where the conditions of the job are such that work must be carried out on occupied premises, then the work may be done at regular straight time rates during any hour or day, including Saturdays and Sundays, and overtime rates will apply for all hours worked over forty (40) hours in any one week period.
Occupied Premises. The required redemption period for occupied premises is six (6) months. Absent an affirmative finding of abandonment, the Judiciary shall presume that premises are occupied premises.

Occupied Premises. In occupied premises where it is deemed necessary to secure the work, the work day and the work week may be adjusted by mutual agreement between the Employer, Employee and the Union with forty-eight (48) hours’ notice given to the Employee.
Occupied Premises. In occupied premises where the Employer cannot work regular work shifts as set out in Article 12:01 due to job conditions and/or owner/tenant requirements, or the area in which the work is to be performed is used for its usual business purposes during the day, a regular work period or periods of eight (8) consecutive hours in any twenty-four hour period may be worked for five (5) consecutive twenty-four hour periods. Work performed during the above noted (5) consecutive twenty-four hour periods will be paid at the regular day shift wage rate. The next two (2) consecutive twenty-four hour periods will be fixed at the sixth and seventh periods and if worked by the employee shall be paid at double time as if for Saturday and Sunday work. This Article shall apply to the County of Halton, Peel, York, Ontario and Durham (Toronto and Vicinity).
Occupied Premises. Any Damages or Claim Expense arising out of Property Damage to premises owned by, rented to, leased to, occupied by, abandoned by, or left vacant by the Fund Member.
