Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Employer and the Union agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe working conditions, the prevention of accidents, the prevention of workplace injuries and the promotion of safe workplace practices.
Occupational Health and Safety Committee. (a) The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of health and safety in the Home, in order to prevent accidents, injury and illness. The Employer shall take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of a worker.
Occupational Health and Safety Committee. (a) The parties agree that a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee will be established. The Committee shall govern itself in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation made pursuant to the Workers
Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Hospital will recognize two (2) bargaining unit employee(s) of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. When a regular member of the Committee is not available, she/he may be replaced by an alternate, appointed by the Union.
Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Parties agree to establish an Occupational Health and Safety Committee per the WorkSafeBC Regulations. One of the functions of this committee shall be to promote occupational health and safety in the workplace.
Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Employer and the Union agree to establish a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Committee shall be composed of personnel employed at the location. The composition will be determined locally through Management and local Union representative. The Committee will meet, at regular intervals to be determined by the Committee, to make recommendations on unsafe, hazardous, or dangerous conditions, with the aim of preventing and reducing risk of occupational injury and illness. A copy of all minutes of the Committee shall be sent to the Union and the Employer.
Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The parties agree that a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be established. The Joint Committee shall be governed in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations made pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act. The Joint Committee shall have equal representation with each party appointing its own representatives. In addition to persons appointed by the parties, either party may involve other employees of the facility who are neither members of the Bargaining Unit or Management, provided such is done by mutual agreement.
Occupational Health and Safety Committee. An Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be established consisting of up to three (3) representatives of the Union and up to three (3) representatives of the Employer. The Committee shall discuss matters related to occupational health and safety and shall make recommendations to the Director of Library Services.

An Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be established consisting of four (4) representatives of the Employer and four (4) Union appointed representatives. The Committee shall discuss matters related to occupational health and safety and shall make recommendations to the City Administrator.
