Common use of Occupational Health and Safety Act Clause in Contracts

Occupational Health and Safety Act. The parties agree that for the duration of this Agreement the right to refuse work, the processes in connection with same and the obligations of the Company, the Union and the employees, as set out in Section 43 and 50, Parts 2 to 7 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act RSO 1995 together with the relevant regulation in effect upon ratification of this Agreement will continue to apply.

Occupational Health and Safety Act. The parties agree that for the duration of this Agreement the right to refuse work, the processes in connection with same and the obligations of the Company, the Union and the employees, as set out in Section Sections 43 and 50, Parts 2 to 7 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act RSO 1995 together with the relevant regulation regulations in effect upon ratification of this Agreement will continue to apply.
