Occupational Group Seniority. As long as an employee is assigned to an occupational group, his/her seniority will accrue in that group. When an employee is temporarily transferred from the occupational group in which he/she is regularly employed to another occupational group, his/her seniority will continue to accumulate in his/her regular occupational group while he/she is temporarily assigned elsewhere. Seniority will not accrue in the occupational group to which the employee is temporarily assigned.
