Common use of Occupancy Capacity Clause in Contracts

Occupancy Capacity. Customer shall not admit to said premises a larger number of persons than the premises will accommodate (approximately 1,350), or that can safely and freely move about in said areas. Seating includes wheelchair spaces to be used only by patrons in wheelchairs.
