Occupancy Capacity. Licensee must not admit into the Licensed Space at any time a larger number of persons than approved by TAMU-CC. For this Event, the maximum approved occupancy for each room is set forth in Section 2 above.

Occupancy Capacity. The maximum building occupancy capacity of the GTRI Conference Center is specified on Exhibit A, based upon room configuration. Licensee agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy capacity. Licensee shall be responsible for any and all violations of the maximum occupancy capacity and all consequences thereof.
