Occupancy. The Assuming Institution shall give the Receiver fifteen (15) days' prior written notice of its intention to vacate prior to vacating any leased Bank Premises with respect to which the Assuming Institution has not exercised the option provided in Section 4.6(b). Any such notice shall be deemed to terminate the Assuming Institution's option with respect to such leased Bank Premises.

Occupancy. District reserves the right to occupy buildings at any time before formal Contract completion and such occupancy shall not constitute final acceptance or approval of any part of the Work covered by this Contract, nor shall such occupancy extend the date specified for completion of the Work.
Occupancy. Borrower must occupy, establish, and use the Property as Xxxxxxxx’s principal residence within 60 days after the execution of this Security Instrument and must continue to occupy the Property as Xxxxxxxx’s principal residence for at least one year after the date of occupancy, unless Xxxxxx otherwise agrees in writing, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, or unless extenuating circumstances exist that are beyond Xxxxxxxx’s control.
Occupancy. The originator has given due consideration to factors, including but not limited to, other real estate owned by the borrower, commuting distance to work, appraiser comments and notes, the location of the property and any difference between the mailing address active in the servicing system and the subject property address to evaluate whether the occupancy status of the property as represented by the borrower is reasonable. All owner occupied properties are occupied by the owner at the time of purchase of the mortgage.
Occupancy. The Rental Unit may not be occupied by individuals who are not party to the lease. It is understood and agreed that this Rental Unit is leased to ONE PERSON and has an Occupancy Permit for a maximum of ONE PERSON. The Lessee(s) has/have the right to examine the Occupancy Permit for the Rental Unit, which is issued by and on file with the City of Bloomington Housing and Neighborhood Development and the Lessor. Moving additional people into the unit without the consent of the Lessor is a lease violation and is subject to eviction and fines as assessed by the City of Bloomington. Lessee(s) is/are not allowed to store furniture or personal belongings in the Rental Unit for others not party to the lease. The Rental Unit is to be used and occupied by the Lessee(s) for residence and for no other purpose. Lessee(s) is/are responsible for cleaning the Rental Unit and for removing trash during occupancy. The Lessee(s) failure to maintain a clean and safe environment is cause for immediate eviction. If a Lessee is locked out of the Rental Unit during business hours, the Lessee may be subject to a $15 charge from the Lessor to unlock the unit. If a Lessee is locked out of the Rental Unit outside business hours, the Lessee may be subject to a $50 charge from the Lessor to unlock the unit. Addressing after hours calls for lockouts are at the Lessor’s discretion, and the Lessee may be asked to wait until morning for a staff member to let them into the Rental Unit. There is a $20 key charge for a replacement key. The Lessor has the right, with advance notice to the Lessee(s), to show the Rental Unit to prospective renters. This may include showing the Rental Unit on Saturday. Lessee(s) shall maintain the Rental Unit in a reasonable, clean condition and allow the Lessor complete access to all areas of the Rental Unit for the showing. If a private security system is installed, Lessee(s) must provide Lessor with access codes. Repairs required due to installation of a security system will be paid for by the Lessee(s).

Occupancy. 15. Tenant will not at any time use or occupy the demised premises in violation of the certificate of occupancy issued for the building of which the demised premises are a part. Tenant has inspected the premises and accepts them as is, subject to the riders annexed hereto with respect to Owner's work, if any. In any event, Owner makes no representation as to the condition of the premises and Tenant agrees to accept the same subject to violations, whether or not of record.
Occupancy. If LESSEE takes possession of the premises prior to the commencement of this lease, LESSEE shall perform all terms of this lease from the date it takes possession. LESSOR may require LESSEE at LESSEE’S expense to relocate to another similar premises (which shall be within the same municipality as the current premises, unless *LESSEE is not regularly occupying the premises) at any time upon written notice to LESSEE and on terms comparable to those herein. If any of LESSEE parties occupies, controls, or encumbers any part of the premises without LESSOR’S written permission after the termination of this lease or otherwise beyond the period specified by LESSOR in writing, LESSEE shall be liable to LESSOR for any and all loss, damages, and/or expenses incurred by LESSOR, including consequential damages, and all terms of this lease shall continue to apply, except that use and occupancy payments shall be due in full monthly installments at a rate which shall be two times the greater of the monthly rent due under this lease for the immediately preceding calendar month or LESSOR’S then-current published one-year rental rate for the premises, it being agreed that such extended occupancy is a tenancy at sufferance, solely for the benefit and convenience of LESSEE and of greater rental value. The occupancy, control, or encumbrance of any part of the premises by any of LESSEE parties beyond noon on the last day of any rental period shall constitute occupancy for an entire additional month, and increased payment as provided in this section shall be immediately due and payable. If Renter is found or suspected of living in the Rented Space, Renter will be immediately notified of their eviction. Renter shall not keep or store any animal in the Rented Space or Facility. Any animals Renter brings to the Facility when Renter visits, shall remain in Renter’s vehicle at all times.
