Common use of Obtaining Stock Exchange Listings Clause in Contracts

Obtaining Stock Exchange Listings. The Company shall also from time to time take all action necessary so that the Warrant Shares, immediately upon their issuance upon the exercise of Warrants, will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market National Market or such other principal securities exchanges, interdealer quotation systems and markets within the United States of America, if any, on which other shares of Common Stock are then listed or quoted.

Obtaining Stock Exchange Listings. The Company shall also will from time to time take all action which may be necessary so that the Warrant Shares, immediately upon their issuance upon the exercise of Warrants, will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market National Market or such other principal securities exchanges, interdealer quotation systems exchanges and markets (including, without limitation, the Nasdaq National or SmallCap Markets) within the United States of America, if any, on which other shares of Common Stock are then listed or quotedlisted. Upon the listing of such Warrant Shares, the Company shall notify the Holders in writing. The Company will obtain and keep all required permits and records in connection with such listing.
