The remedies set forth herein shall be the sole and exclusive remedies of Customer under this Agreement for any and all claims of indemnification relating to infringement. WORKSMART AUTOMATION, INC. obligations set forth in this Section 5.06 shall not apply to the Third Party Technology.

The remedies set forth herein shall be the sole and exclusive remedies of Customer under this Agreement for any and all claims of indemnification relating to infringement. The obligations of IHDP set forth in this Section 5.07 shall not apply to the Third Party Technology.
