Observations at Outside Institutions Including Business and Industry. Reassigned time and/or travel expenses may be provided for individuals to visit outside institutions for the purpose of observing new techniques, equipment, facilities, programs, etc. Applicants must demonstrate a clear relationship between the activity and instructional improvement. Requests for attendance shall be submitted through the Xxxx, appropriate Director, appropriate Supervisor, and forwarded to the President/Superintendent for approval. A follow-up report of the observations shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.
