Observation Conferences a) A pre-observation conference shall occur between the evaluator and the teacher not less than three (3) working days prior to each formal observation unless both parties agree otherwise. At the pre- observation conference, the teacher may provide evidence for the work situation to be observed.

Employees at their option 3 will be entitled to a conference to discuss said report. No observation report will be 4 submitted to the central office, placed in the employee's file or otherwise acted upon 5 without prior conference and the employee given an opportunity to sign the report.

The post-conference following the second formal, or any subsequent, observation(s) will provide the teacher and his/her evaluator an opportunity to discuss the observations notes and determine progress and/or growth in the identified focus area.
