Obligations relating to Select Employees a. A Select Employee may at any time by a notice of not less than 60 (sixty) days to the Concessionaire, shall have an option to be relieved from his duties at the Hospital for the purpose of seeking voluntary retirement, and upon receipt of such notice, the Concessionaire shall repatriate the services of such Select Employee to the Authority, on or before expiry of the period of such notice.
