OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN a) The Town agrees to provide the Visitors’ Center to the Chamber as outlined in the Lease Agreement dated December 10, 2018 as authorized by Ordinance 07-2018, to be operated as both a Visitors’ Center and as Chamber offices.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN. 4.1 The Town agrees that the subject lands constitute an eligible heritage property under By-law 79- 2017, the Heritage Property Tax Rebate Program bylaw.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN. 6.1 The PARTIES agree that upon certification by the VILLAGE, any water xxxx which remains unpaid on October 25th of each year of the agreement the VILLAGE will be added by the TOWN to the tax xxxx of the owner of the property in accordance with applicable provisions of the Town Law, the TOWN will forward such amount to the VILLAGE, no later than February 15th of each year.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN. During the term of this Agreement and the provision of funding by the Municipality, the Town covenants with the Municipality to perform the following obligations:
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN. TOWN, at its sole expense, shall be responsible for the engineering design and plans preparation for the relocation of TOWN’s utility facilities. At the appropriate submittal stages that coincide with the COUNTY’s published design schedules, TOWN shall provide electronic files to the COUNTY in a timely manner to meet the project milestones. COUNTY shall incorporate TOWN’s utility relocation plans into the plans for the project and any and all documents necessary for bidding purposes.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN. 6.1 Prior to the effective date of this Agreement, the Town shall furnish the Authority with the following information:
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN. (a) The Town shall support the activities of NEWS in obtaining, maintaining and amending (in the Town's name if necessary) all licenses, site assignments, permits and registrations requested by NEWS in connection with this Agreement, including increasing the Permitted Capacity of the Landfill to that based on 750 Tons per day, accepting out-of-town waste and the permitting of a leaf and yard waste composting facility at the Landfill. In addition, the Town shall support the permitting of additional Phases as requested by NEWS from time to time to the full capacity of the Landfill, including with respect to such Additional Properties as may be acquired by the Town or by NEWS from time to time. The Town shall issue to NEWS any municipal permits or approvals necessary for NEWS to construct and operate the Lined Landfill as set forth herein. The Town shall not take any action, including adopting any By-law, which shall impair the right of NEWS under this Agreement.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN. The Town hereby agrees to pay to the Contractor for the faithful performance of this Contract at the rates set forth on Exhibit 1 with a total not to exceed as set forth in the applicable Work Order.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOWN a) The Town agrees to appoint a representative to serve as liaison to the Board of Directors of the Chamber, as needed.
