Obligations of the Property Owner. Except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 2 of this Agreement, the Property Owner shall, at its sole cost and expense: (a) provide EVM, exclusively for the EVM Vehicles, dedicated access to the number of parking spaces (each, a “Parking Space”) identified on Exhibit A; (b) pay to EVM the fees set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto (collectively, the “Fees”), on Net 30 terms; (c) be responsible, at the Property Owner’s sole cost and expense, for any and all work required to prepare the Property and / or the location of the Parking Spaces to accommodate the Charging Stations to be installed by EVM, and the Property Owner shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for any and all costs, fees, expenses or other charges associated with the maintenance of the Property to ensure the Charging Stations are fully operational; (d) prepare the Property for both installation and continued operations of each EVM Location, including providing one (1) parking space per EVM Vehicle (or Other Charging Station as set forth herein) free of cost as well as sufficient space on an electrical panel for EVM to connect the Charging Stations for the necessary amount of electricity; (e) allow the End Users access to the facilities where the Parking Spaces, Charging Stations and EVM signage are located and the immediate surrounding area (collectively, the “EVM Location”); (f) provide for the continuous provision of power to the Charging Stations at the Property Owner’s sole cost, including maintaining electrical connection and assisting EVM with any issues related to the continued provision of electricity at the Property; (g) provide access (including any security key cards, keys or placards as required) to End Users, EVM, and EVM’s representatives or third-party service providers to the EVM Location, the Other Charging Station(s), and to any utility closets that provide access to the Property’s electricity, for purposes of providing the Services, installing the Charging Stations and performing maintenance; (h) use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the EVM Locations, including the EVM Charging Stations and EVM Vehicles, from vandalism, theft or other damage by anyone physically on the Property; (i) maintain the area around the EVM Location in a condition that is reasonably safe, clean and free from objects that could obstruct access to the EVM Location or render the location unsafe or visually unappealing; (j) maintain ingress and egress from the Parking Sp...
Obligations of the Property Owner. 7.1 To check or arrange to have the cottage property checked between bookings, and will undertake all necessary cleaning, maintenance, repairs, prior to the next rental period along with replenishing cleaning supplies, BBQ propane tanks and any other supplies or amenities listed on the listing agreement with MVR.

Eco-toilets must be installed by a licensed plumber.  Property Owner agrees to the following for a minimum of 2 years following installation: o Pay for the installation of a sampling port for xxxx water from the residence, and allow access to the property by a Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment representative for the purpose of sampling xxxx water monthly during reasonable hours. o Provide access to all water use records for the property. o Provide information on the occupancy of the residence. o Allow inspection of the toilets during reasonable hours by appointment. Such inspections shall include two inspections per calendar year by a representative of the Eco-Toilet Incentive Program. o If deemed necessary by the Town, pay for the installation of an additional interior meter for exterior water use such as irrigation, watering, showers, and allow monthly readings of this meter during reasonable hours. o Remove all toilets of unmodified traditional design (water flush without urine diversion) from the premises and agree to not connect any such unmodified toilets to onsite septic systems. o Preserve the installation of, and properly maintain eco-toilet(s). o Operate the eco-toilet(s) in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations and report all problems encountered to the Board of Health or their representative after contacting the system installer. o Submit a maintenance plan or service contract (if required) and provide notice of all repairs and removal of compost, and/or leachate of the eco-toilet to the Board of Health. No residuals may be removed without first notifying the Board of Health or their representative.  Property Owner agrees that after the two year project period, they will bear any costs for a conversion to conventional toilets.  Property Owner agrees to disclose any and all agreements related to the Town of Falmouth Eco- Toilet Incentive Program in any purchase and sale agreement for the Premises.  Property Owner acknowledges that the installation of the eco-toilet may not exempt them from future betterment assessment related to a public sewer system.
Obligations of the Property Owner. 6.1. Subject to the correct completion by the Guest of all of the booking formalities and in particular the payment of the deposit set out in article 4.2 above, the Property Owner agrees to make available to the Guest the Room(s) booked on the agreed dates and for the agreed length of stay. On this matter, unless otherwise agreed by the Property Owner, the Guest is expressly informed below of the obligatory arrival and departure times: - Arrival times: 5pm, please note that the Guest must inform the Property Owner of any arrival later than 7pm - Departure times: no later than 11am.
