Obligations of the Custodian. The Custodian shall hold all Additional Collateral for the use and benefit of Norwest Bank and the Certificateholders, and shall make disposition thereof in accordance with this Agreement and the instructions furnished by Norwest Bank. The Custodian shall segregate and maintain continuous custody of all Additional Collateral in accordance with customary standards for such custody.
