Obligations of the Authority. The Authority hereby undertakes, on behalf of the School District and for the benefit of Holders, to notify the School District and to provide to EMMA, in a timely manner not in excess of ten (10) business days following its occurrence, notice of any of the Listed Events specified in clauses (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11) or (14) of Section 2(iii) hereof.
