Common use of Obligations of Respondent Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Respondent. a. If this Compromise Agreement is executed by August 25, 2017, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $8,000, as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of the Adopting Order.
