Common use of Obligations of Respondent Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26, 2020, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 (two thousand, nine hundred and seventy-nine dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26not later than April 20, 20202018, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 177,000 (two thousand, nine one hundred and seventy-nine seven thousand dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the NoticeNotice in three equal payments of $59,000, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.as follows:

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26April 15, 20202022, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 587,500 (two thousand, nine five hundred and seventy-nine eighty- seven thousand five hundred dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26June 2, 20202021, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 439,620 (two four hundred and thirty-nine thousand, nine six hundred and seventy-nine twenty dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the NoticeNotices, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26, 2020within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 2,041,829 (two million, forty-one thousand, nine eight hundred and seventy-twenty- nine dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26no later than May 24, 20202019, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 1,901,540 (two thousandone million, nine hundred and seventy-nine one thousand, five hundred and forty dollars) (“the Agreed Penalty”) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.sixty

If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26, 2020within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 328,500 (two three hundred and twenty-eight thousand, nine five hundred and seventy-nine dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26, 2020within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 695,000 (two thousand, nine six hundred and seventyninety-nine five thousand dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26, 2020within 30 calendar days of the Penalty Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 (two thousand43,533, nine hundred and seventy-nine dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Penalty Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of after DOE issues the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August not later than July 26, 20202017, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 (two thousand, nine hundred and seventy-nine dollars) 8,000 as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, Notice in two equal payments of $4,000 – the first $4,000 within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an the Adopting Order, and the second $4,000 within sixty (60) calendar days of the issuance of the Adopting Order.

If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26, 2020within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 687,000 (two thousand, nine six hundred and seventyeighty-nine seven thousand dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26not later than September 23, 20202016, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 (two thousand6,536, nine hundred and seventy-nine dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26, 2020within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the Notice, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 41,109 (two forty-one thousand, nine one hundred and seventy-nine dollars) as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order.

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE by August 26not later than July 11, 20202016, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $2,979 (two thousand, nine hundred and seventy-nine dollars) 6,000 as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the NoticeNotice in two equal payments of $3,000 – the first due by October 11, within thirty (30) calendar days of 2016, and the issuance of an Adopting Ordersecond due by January 11, 2017.
