Common use of Obligations of Holders Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Holders. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligation of the Company to register any Registrable Securities pursuant hereto that each Holder shall (i) furnish to the Company such information regarding the Registrable Securities and the intended method of disposition thereof and other information concerning such Holder as the Company shall reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the registration statement to be filed by the Company, and (ii) agree to abide by such additional customary terms affecting the proposed offering as may be reasonably requested by the managing underwriter of such offering.

Obligations of Holders. (a) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligation of the Company to register effect any Registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities pursuant hereto of a particular Holder that each such Holder shall (i) promptly furnish to the Company such information regarding the Registrable Securities such Holder and the intended method of disposition thereof and other information concerning distribution proposed by such Holder as the Company shall may from time to time reasonably request in writing and such other information as shall may be legally required in connection with the registration statement to be filed by the Companysuch Registration including, and (ii) agree to abide by without limitation, all such additional customary terms affecting the proposed offering information as may be reasonably requested by the managing underwriter of such offeringSEC.

(a) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligation obligations of the Company to register take any Registrable Securities action pursuant hereto to this Agreement with regard to each selling Holder that each such selling Holder shall (i) furnish to the Company such information regarding Holder, the Registrable Securities held by it and the intended method of disposition thereof and other information concerning of such Holder as the Company shall reasonably request and securities as shall be required in connection with to effect the registration statement of its Registrable Securities, and that such information be furnished to the Company in writing, signed by each selling Holder and stated to be filed by specifically for use in the Companyrelated Registration Statement, and (ii) agree to abide by such additional customary terms affecting the proposed offering as may be reasonably requested by the managing underwriter of such offeringprospectus or other document incident thereto.
