OBLIGATIONS OF DISTRICT. Section 3.1 District shall provide Employee with the compensation and fringe benefits specified in this Agreement and any amendments thereto.

OBLIGATIONS OF DISTRICT. If a District elects to participate in the Attendance Recovery Program, then during the term of this Agreement, District shall prepare and deliver to Contractor the Student Data as defined in Exhibit A - Data File Description.
