Obligations of Concessionaire. In addition to and not in derogation or substitution of any of its other obligations under this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall have the following obligations:
Obligations of Concessionaire. (a) The Concessionaire shall on the date of expiry of the Concession Period, hand back the management of the Project Facilities (including the relevant records, accounts, documents relating thereto) to DTIDCL free of cost and in good operable condition.
Obligations of Concessionaire. If all or any part of any of the System shall be destroyed or damaged during the Term in whole or in part by fire or other casualty of any kind or nature (including any casualty for which insurance was not obtained or obtainable), ordinary or extraordinary, foreseen or unforeseen, the Concessionaire shall: (i) give the City notice thereof promptly after the Concessionaire receives actual notice of such casualty; (ii) at its sole cost and expense, whether or not insurance proceeds, if any, shall be equal to the estimated cost of repairs, alterations, restorations, replacement and rebuilding (the “Casualty Cost”), proceed diligently to repair, restore or rebuild the same to the condition existing prior to the happening of such fire or other casualty (any such activity being a “Restoration”); and (iii) deposit all insurance proceeds received by the Concessionaire in connection with any Restoration with a Depositary; provided, however, that if at any time the Casualty Cost exceeds the net insurance proceeds actually deposited with the Depositary, then the Concessionaire shall also deposit with the Depository such cash as is sufficient to cover the difference between the Casualty Cost and the net insurance proceeds (collectively, with any interest earned thereon, the “Restoration Funds”); provided further that the procedures of this clause (iii) of this Section 13.3(a) shall only apply to casualty events in which the cost of Restoration exceeds $1,000,000. Any Restoration undertaken pursuant to this Section 13.3 shall be undertaken in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement. Prior to the commencement of Restoration work, the Concessionaire shall submit to the City for Approval by the City the plans for the Restoration work and such work shall not be undertaken unless the plans for such work have been Approved by the City.

Obligations of Concessionaire. 7.1.1 The Concessionaire shall, without qualification, at its own cost and expense observe, undertake, comply with and perform, in addition to and not in derogation of its obligations elsewhere set out in the Agreement, the following:

Obligations of Concessionaire. 4.1.1 According to the terms of this Agreement, Concessionaire agrees that at its sole cost and expense, it shall develop, finance, design, construct, operate, maintain and refurbish the Concept (including but not limited to all infrastructure associated with the Concept such as plumbing and electrical) in phases in accordance with the construction schedules which have been approved in writing and in advance by the Director. Said Director‐approved construction schedule is attached as Exhibit " ", and incorporated herein for all purposes ("Concept Schedule").
Obligations of Concessionaire. A. It is understood and made a specific condition of this agreement that if Concessionaire is the holder of a license, franchise, agency agreement or other form of consent from a company or corporation, it shall do business at the Airport under the trade name and style of that company or corporation.
