OBLIGATIONS OF APPLICANT. (1) The Applicant covenants and agrees through the exercise of commercially reasonable efforts to obtain or cause to be obtained a Certificate of Occupancy(s) from the City for a minimum of 4,600 gross square feet of restaurant space on the Property.
OBLIGATIONS OF APPLICANT. 4.1 The APPLICANT understands its obligations pursuant to this Certification Agreement and its responsibilities as detailed in the Gulf Technical Regulation or the national technical regulation of the GSO member states in order to maintain eligibility for certification, and warrants that it shall comply with the provisions set out in Annex 4 and 6 of the Gulf Technical Regulation or the relevant national technical regulation of the GSO member states.
OBLIGATIONS OF APPLICANT. In accordance with Attachment Z1.III.A of the Tariff the Applicant is required to specify the conditions for each transmission service request in the AFS study in Appendix 1 to this Study Agreement. By executing this AFSA, Applicant agrees to take the requested transmission service resulting from the AFS, if all the conditions of the AFSA specified by the Applicant in Appendix 1 to this Study Agreement have been met except as provided in Section III.D of Attachment Z1 of the Tariff. Applicant agrees to execute the resulting SPP Service Agreement or request that SPP file the SPP Service Agreement unexecuted at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
OBLIGATIONS OF APPLICANT. The Applicant is responsible for obtaining and honoring the terms of a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) if alcohol is to be served. For more information and to download a SOP application see: xxx.xxxx.xx.xx/xxxxx/xx/0000_x.xxx No Alcoholic beverages shall be brought, stored, consumed or sold on or in the WIA clubhouse, except pursuant to a permit issued to the Applicant by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of the Province of Ontario, and displayed at all times at the WIA clubhouse during the event. When such permit is obtained, the Applicant shall be responsible to assure compliance with the terms of that permit, including that no alcoholic beverages are taken beyond the licensed area, defined by the clubhouse building and the fenced south lawn. The Applicant must comply with all applicable laws and municipal by-laws and obtain all permits required in respect of any activities occurring during the event. WIA clubhouse works with an amazing group of caterers and vendors who have been chosen for their innovative and superb catering menu and skills. The list is provided at: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. These caterers comprise the list to be selected from for each event. Landmark fee of 15% is charged on food and service staff. Advertising or sponsorship displays are permitted only with the prior approval of the Venues Manager. No nails, staples, thumbtacks or adhesives (with the exception of non-marking removable adhesives or string) may be attached to any part of the interior or exterior part of the building. Pictures, light fixtures, bulbs and electrical switches may not be removed or altered. The event must end no later than specified in the contract depending on the night of the week the event occurs. The final cleanup of the premises must be completed by the end of the same evening or at 11:00 a.m. the Sunday of the same weekend. The WIA clubhouse authorizes Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, the Venues Manager, to ensure all events conclude at the time specified in the contract. No sound shall be amplified outside the WIA clubhouse building. Sound amplified within the WIA clubhouse building must be set at moderate volume to avoid disturbance to the surrounding community. Applicant will be responsible for, and liable to reimburse the Town, for any required cleaning and/or repairs to the Facility’s building, equipment, grounds, furniture, and the like arising from use of the facility caused by Applicant and Applicant’s guests and/or attendees.
