Common use of Obligation to the Fund Clause in Contracts

Obligation to the Fund. The Employer and the Union agree to be bound by the respective Agreement and Declaration of Trust entered into on the date set forth herein for the Fund, namely, as of September 7, 1960, establishing the Central Pension Fund of the International Union of Operating Engineers and Participating Employers, and by any amendments to said Trust Agreement, heretofore and hereafter adopted.

Obligation to the Fund. Obligation to the Fund. The Employer and the Union agree to be bound by the respective 45 Agreement and Declaration of Trust entered into on the date set forth herein for the Fund, 46 namely, as of September 7, 1960, establishing the Central Pension Fund of the International 47 Union of Operating Engineers and Participating Employers, and by any amendments to 48 said Trust Agreement, heretofore and hereafter adopted.

Obligation to the Fund. 3 The Employer and the Union agree to be bound by the respective Agreement and 4 Declaration of Trust entered into on the date set forth herein for the Fund, namely, as of 5 September 77th, 1960, establishing the Central Pension Fund of the International Union of 6 Operating Engineers and Participating Employers, and by any amendments to said Trust 7 Agreement, heretofore and hereafter adopted.. 8 9 The Union will annually notify the District of its intent to participate in CPF and any 10 changes in the amount of the employee’s contribution. 11
