Obligation to Provide Information. The beneficiary must provide any information, including information in electronic format, requested by Frontex or by any other outside body authorised by Frontex. If the beneficiary does not comply with the obligation set out in the first subparagraph, Frontex may consider: (a) any cost insufficiently substantiated by information provided by the beneficiary as ineligible; (b) any financing not linked to costs, unit, lump sum or flat-rate contribution insufficiently substantiated by information provided by the beneficiary as undue.
