Common use of Obligation to Notify Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Notify. 14.2.1 Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Affected Party shall, as soon as practicable, and in any case within forty-eight (48) hours of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event or from the date of having knowledge thereof, Notify the Independent Expert, the Independent Auditor and the other Party, of the occurrence of the Force Majeure Event by the issuance of a notice in writing (the Force Majeure Notice).

Obligation to Notify. 14.2.1 17.2.1 Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Affected Party shall, as soon as practicable, and in any case within forty-eight fifteen (4815) hours days of the date of occurrence of a Force Majeure Event or from the date of having knowledge thereof, Notify notify the Independent ExpertEngineer, the Independent Auditor and the other Party, of the occurrence of the Force Majeure Event in the Affected Area by the issuance of a notice in writing (the “Force Majeure Notice”).
