Obligation to Extradite. The Contracting States agree to extradite to each other, pursuant to the provisions of this Treaty, persons sought for prosecution or persons who have been convicted of an extraditable offense by the authorities in the Requesting State.
Obligation to Extradite. Each Party agrees to extradite to the other Party, in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty, any person found in its territory and sought by the other Party for prosecution, trial, or execution of punishment for an extraditable offense.
Obligation to Extradite. Each Contracting Party agrees to extradite to the other, in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty, but subject to the law of the Requested State and to such exceptions as are therein provided, any persons, including its citizens or nationals, who are wanted for prosecution or the imposition or enforcement of a sentence in the Requesting State for an extraditable offence.
Obligation to Extradite. OPTION 1 FOR PARAGRAPH 1 The Parties agree to extradite to each other, in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty and subject to the requirements of their respective laws, any person who is found in the territory of the Requested Party and is wanted in the Requesting Party for the purpose of prosecution or imposition or enforcement of a sentence in respect of an extraditable offence, as provided in Article 2 of this Treaty.
Obligation to Extradite. Each Contracting Party agrees to extradite to the other, in the circumstances and subject to the conditions described in this Treaty, persons found in its territory who are being proceeded against or who have been charged with, found guilty or convicted of, any crime covered by Article II of this Treaty committed within the territory of the other, or outside thereof under the conditions specified in Article IV.
Obligation to Extradite. Each State agrees to extradite to the other, in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty, any persons who are wanted for prosecution, or the imposition or enforcement of a sentence, in the Requesting State for an extraditable offence.
Obligation to Extradite. The Government of the United States shall extradite to the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands, and the Government of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands shall extradite to the United States, subject to the provisions and conditions described in this Agreement, any person found in their respective jurisdictions against whom the requesting Government is proceeding for an offense or who is wanted by that Government for the enforcement of a sentence.
Obligation to Extradite. (1) The Contracting Parties undertake to surrender to each other, in accordance with the provisions and conditions laid down in this Treaty, all persons who are found within the territory of the Requested Party and who are being prosecuted for or have been charged with an offense, or convicted of an offense, or are sought by the other Party for the enforcement of a judicially pronounced penalty for an offense committed within the territory of the Requesting Party.
Obligation to Extradite. The Government of the United States shall extradite to the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia shall extradite to the United States, subject to the provisions and conditions described in this Agreement, any person found in their respective jurisdictions against whom the requesting Government is proceeding for an offense or who is wanted by that Government for the enforcement of a sentence.
Obligation to Extradite. The Parties undertake to surrender to each other, subject to the provisions set out in this Agreement, persons against whom the competent authorities of the requesting Party are proceeding for a criminal offence or who are wanted by the said authorities for the carrying out of a sentence or security measure.
