Objectionable Name. In no event shall Tenant’s signage include, identify or otherwise refer to a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of a Comparable Building (an “Objectionable Name”). The parties hereby agree that the name “AnaptysBio, Inc.” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.
Objectionable Name. Tenant’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an “Objectionable Name”). Landlord agrees that “Blade Therapeutics, Inc.” or “Blade” is not an Objectionable Name.
Objectionable Name. To the extent the Original Tenant or Permitted Transferee Assignee desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on Tenant’s Exterior Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an “Objectionable Name”). The parties hereby agree that the name “Yammer” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.
Objectionable Name. To the extent Tenant desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Tenant's Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the name "Roku" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed an Objectionable Name.
Objectionable Name. To the extent Original Tenant or its ------------------ Affiliates desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on Tenant's Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with a first-class project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "OBJECTIONABLE NAME").

To the extent Tenant desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on Tenant's Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following names shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: Bridgepoint Education; Ashford Edu.; Xxxxxxx.Xxx; Ashford Education; Ashford University; Xxxxxxx.Xxx; University of the Rockies; BPE; UOR; Bridgepoint; Centerleaf; and Centerleaf Partners.

To the extent Tenant desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on Tenant’s Signage, such name and/or logo shall not have a name which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend an institutional landlord of comparable first-class office buildings in the area of the Building (an “Objectionable Name”). The parties hereby agree that the name “Responsys, Inc.,” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed to constitute an Objectionable Name.

Tenant’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an “Objectionable Name”). Landlord agrees that “Denali Therapeutics Inc.” or “Denali” is not an Objectionable Name.

The parties hereby agree that the following names shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: Bridgepoint [***] Confidential portions of this document have been redacted and filed separately with the Commission.
