Obedience Training. Adopter agrees to provide obedience training for the Dog at their cost if any behavior issues arise. We agree that if the training is not complete on any Dog being returned to us, Adopter will be financial responsible for the cost to complete training.

Obedience Training. Adopter agrees to provide obedience training for the dog at their cost. Proof of training must be presented to Rescue within 3 months after the adoption date for dogs 4 months and older. For pups younger than 4 months old, proof of training is required within 4 months of adoption date. Note: We agree that if the training is not complete on any dog being returned to us, Adopter will be financially responsible for the cost to complete training.
Obedience Training. Buyer agrees to take puppy through a minimum of a 6-week Puppy/Beginner Obedience class given by a professional, certified trainer (certified at least CPDT-KA) who is either a “positive” trainer or a “balanced” trainer. Buyer further agrees that the trainer they choose is a professional trainer, not a store trainer (such as in the chain pet stores) or boarding kennel trainer. Buyer will have the opportunity to go through group class “Basic Obedience & Manners” Training with Breeder in her training studio at a heavily discounted rate.

Obedience Training. The Seller “Breeder” encourages the Buyer to provide basic obedience training with their puppy within the first year of owning their dog. Xxxxx and Xxxxxx is a great resource.

  • Compliance Training ADMINISTRATOR shall make General Compliance Training and Provider Compliance Training, where appropriate, available to Covered Individuals.

  • Health and Safety Training Regular employees and auxiliary employees in posted positions shall participate in a Health and Safety Training session once in a calendar year. Training will be provided during normal work hours and employees shall suffer no loss of pay or benefits.

  • INSERVICE TRAINING 633. The City agrees to institute inservice training for represented employees by mutual agreement. Training may include, but is not limited to, instruction that will qualify for required CE credits, certificate and license requirements as required for continued employment in the employee's current classification. Required attendance shall be considered a duty assignment for purposes of payment of salary.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Supervisor Training Topics include:

  • Industrial Relations Training Leave 53.1 Union Delegate/Employee Representative shall have access to industrial relations training in accordance with Appendix E hereof.

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Cross Training (a) The parties recognize the importance of cross training to ensure that employees are properly trained for backup and for promotions. When the Employer identifies a cross training opportunity the Employer shall provide each regular employee written notification of the cross training opportunity in following with 6.02(a). The Employer undertakes to cross train employees on the basis of seniority and the ability to do the job within a reasonable period of time.
