O4 opinions. Each opinion with respect to the validity, binding nature and enforceability of documents or Certificates may be qualified to the extent that the same may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors' rights generally and by general principles of equity (whether considered in a proceeding or action in equity or at law) and may state that no opinion is expressed on the availability of the remedy of specific enforcement, injunctive relief or any other equitable remedy. Any opinion required to be furnished by any Person hereunder must be delivered by counsel upon whose opinion the addressee of such opinion may reasonably rely, and such opinion may state that it is given in reasonable reliance upon an opinion of another, a copy of which must be attached, concerning the laws of a foreign jurisdiction.
